- Managing overall Pre Sales for Omron GTM offering for Life Sciences, RCG, MLEU, CMT specializing in Smart Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Manufacturing Operations Management and supply chain:
o Drive thought leadership and mindshare with our clients across the manufacturing industries.
o Engage with CXOs and drive early engagement in large manufacturing transformation initiatives leading to a business case for clients and a downstream for Cognizant.
o To become strategic partner / trusted confidante of clients in their Industry 4.0 journey
o Manage accountability against measurable revenue/profit growth within set timelines.
o Collaborate with multiple service lines, innovation teams and business teams in Cognizant to formulate a business transformation plan and develop solution based on their requirements.
o Have regular meetings and interface with the customer decision makers and influencers for a portfolio of accounts.
o Be responsible for execution and customer satisfaction for a portfolio of accounts.
o Identify and forge partnerships and tap into existing alliance partnerships of Cognizant to grow Omron GTM.
o Shape the thought leadership agenda for Omron GTM.
o Actively drive execution of the innovation agenda for Omron GTM.
- People Development:
o Create a community of domain & technology pre sales consultants – enable best practice sharing and cross-leveraging knowledge
1.Required Qualifications - Capabilities/Skills /Years of Experience
- 25 years + experience in a consulting client-facing delivery leadership roles directly with / related to Manufacturing Operations Management, ISA 95 stack, Industrial Internet of Things, Manufacturing domains and technologies.
- Deep understanding of the Life Sciences, MLEU, RCG, CMT manufacturing domain along with the compliance / regulatory requirements,
- Experience / Understanding on some of the products in MOM – Omron product stack including PLCs, Sensors, AMRSs, Cobots
- Recent experience working for IT professional services or management consulting firm(s).
- Recent experience managing global service delivery models.
- Proven record of building and maintaining long-term relationships at senior (CXO and CXO-1) levels, with experience of presenting to C-level executives, and senior business and technology leaders.
- Experience and understanding of thought leadership in technology, services and business trends, and their direct and indirect impacts on the outcomes of the customer and our organization.
- Must demonstrate strategic thinking and have the confidence and ability to plan ahead and stay the course.
- Must be able to navigate a large organization, work in a multi-dimensional matrix and have the power of persuasion through content and confidence.
- Bachelor's degree required OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
