Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of the consultancy.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
  • Develop and implement efficient processes for student counseling, documentation, applications, visa processing, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between counseling, admissions, marketing, and support teams.
  • Monitor student applications and ensure timely submissions to universities abroad.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and international partner institutions.
  • Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with international education policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
  • Handle escalations effectively and resolve student or parent queries with professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management within the overseas education industry (MBBS/Engineering specialization preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
