The Aswani Lachmandas Group is a leading family business group in Cochin. We are wholesale distributors of ITC Ltd. (FMCG and cigarettes), All-Kerala Stockists of , franchisees for leading brands including Raymond, Libas, Raymond Home, Jockey (6 showrooms within the city), Naturals Signature Salon, Multi-seller flex warehouse operator of Amazon. We employ close to 400 staff and are based out of Ernakulam District.
Operations and Admin Manager Ernakulam main city branch
The role has two aspects: logistics/operations and admin.
Logistics/Operations:
The candidate will be managing/leading a strong team of logistics operations handling India's best and fastest growing brands including Aashirvaad Atta, Sunfeast biscuits, Yippee Noodles, Bingo Snacks, Savlon range of personal care products amongst others. We are looking for an Operations and Logistics Manager who will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations, warehouse management, inventory control, stock taking, logistics coordination to ensure seamless supply of ITC Ltd. The candidate will be based out of the Ernakulam Distribution point on Doraiswamy Iyer Road. The role demands strong leadership, planning, and execution skills to drive operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence. Key responsibilities include: Overseeing Inwarding/Outward operations, Delivery planning and Hiring, Frequent stock audits, identifying excess and 0 billed stocks, ensuring no delays in packing and delivery and ensuring return and damage settlement in a timely and correct manner.
In addition the candidate is expected to be well versed with Billing software, reports, Outstanding management, follow ups on GRN Audits and should support the organization in ensuring Debtors management.

Qualifications & Skills
Graduate / Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
4+ years of proven experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management (preferably in FMCG distribution).
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, logistics planning and processes, billing software.
Proficiency in MS Office
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of local geography and transport regulations in Kerala.
