Position: Branch Admin
Location: Cindrebay School of Design, Kochi
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch office, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
- Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students as needed.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, or in person, and redirect them to appropriate personnel.
- Fee collection
- Draft and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents.
- Assist students with inquiries related to admissions, institute and university registration, and academic procedures.
- Coordinate student activities and events in collaboration with student services.
- Prepare regular reports on branch operations for management review.
- Manage fee follow-ups and collection, issuing receipts and meeting collection targets.
- Organizing PTA meetings, formulating class time tables.
- Maintaining Day Book, Ledger , Petty Cash Register & optimize branch expenses.
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years experience in administrative roles, preferably in an educational institution.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Compensation: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month (Higher Bracket would be including variables, depending on current CTC and skill sets owned. Package Negotiable for deserving candidates)
