Position: Front Office cum Admin
Location: Thrissur
Experience:2 to 3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage front office operations with a professional and welcoming approach.
- Handle telephone calls, visitor management, and customer queries efficiently.
- Maintain proper records of accounts, petty cash, and branch-level financial transactions.
- Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the branch.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of branch activities.
- Support in preparing reports, documentation, and filing as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administration and finance.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration background preferred).
- Pleasant and attractive personality with excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (added advantage).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multitasking responsibilities independently.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in front office management and admin support.
- Knowledge of accounts, cash handling, and financial reporting.
- Positive attitude with problem-solving approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
