Position: Front Office cum Admin

Location: Thrissur

Experience:2 to 3 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front office operations with a professional and welcoming approach.
  • Handle telephone calls, visitor management, and customer queries efficiently.
  • Maintain proper records of accounts, petty cash, and branch-level financial transactions.
  • Assist in day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the branch.
  • Coordinate with different departments for smooth functioning of branch activities.
  • Support in preparing reports, documentation, and filing as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in administration and finance.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Administration background preferred).
  • Pleasant and attractive personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (added advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multitasking responsibilities independently.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in front office management and admin support.
  • Knowledge of accounts, cash handling, and financial reporting.
  • Positive attitude with problem-solving approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
