Job Title: Admin cum Academic Counselor

Location: Nilambur

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic individual for the role of Admin cum Academic Counselor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in both English and Malayalam and will be responsible for managing administrative duties as well as providing academic counseling to students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide academic counseling and guidance to students regarding course selection, career options, and academic concerns.
  • Coordinate with students, faculty, and administration to ensure smooth academic operations.
  • Handle student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage student records and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in organizing and managing academic events and workshops.
  • Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing schedules, appointments, and office supplies.
  • Maintain and update student databases and academic records.
  • Provide support to students for their academic progress and resolve any issues they may face.
  • Perform any other administrative duties as required by the management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduation (any discipline).
  • Strong proficiency in English and Malayalam (both written and spoken).
  • Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with students.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is an added advantage, though freshers are also welcome to apply.
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
