Job Title: HR cum Admin Manager

Location: Kochi

Salary: Rs25000-Rs30000

We are a dynamic and fast-growing event management company specializing in delivering innovative and memorable events. We manage corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, product launches, and more. We are looking for a dedicated HR cum Admin Manager to support and lead our HR and administrative functions, while contributing to business growth and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management:

  • Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and training & development.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Address employee grievances and provide necessary support to ensure a positive work culture.
  • Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
  • Manage office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and ensure a smooth working environment.
  • Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
  • Coordinate office maintenance, logistics, and any statutory inspections.

Client Relationship & Business Development:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and contribute to preparing proposals and service solutions.
  • Support the business development team in generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals.
  • Act as a key point of contact for client communications, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Admin, and Client Relationship Management, preferably in an Event Management or Service Industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability in business development and client servicing.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Proven experience in handling office administration effectively.
  • Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience in the Event Management Industry is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and event management software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
