We are a dynamic and fast-growing event management company specializing in delivering innovative and memorable events. We manage corporate events, exhibitions, weddings, product launches, and more. We are looking for a dedicated HR cum Admin Manager to support and lead our HR and administrative functions, while contributing to business growth and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:Human Resources Management:
- Manage end-to-end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and training & development.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, etc.).
- Address employee grievances and provide necessary support to ensure a positive work culture.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Administrative Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the company.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, vendor relationships, and ensure a smooth working environment.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate office maintenance, logistics, and any statutory inspections.
Client Relationship & Business Development:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and contribute to preparing proposals and service solutions.
- Support the business development team in generating leads, pitching services, and closing deals.
- Act as a key point of contact for client communications, ensuring excellent service delivery and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Graduate in any discipline (HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR, Admin, and Client Relationship Management, preferably in an Event Management or Service Industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability in business development and client servicing.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in handling office administration effectively.
- Proactive attitude, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in the Event Management Industry is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of digital tools and event management software.
