Position overview: We are seeking a highly organized, tech-savvy, and proactive executive assistant to support our managing partner at TRIARQ Health LLP. This role demands a high level of professionalism, discretion, and adaptability. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the calendar, administrative tasks, handling confidential information, coordinating travel, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the managing partner of the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Partner.
  • Manage calendar, appointments, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and logistics.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence with high attention to detail.
  • Always maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Managing Partner.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion.
  • Good with MS Office, AI ML tools, and other productivity platforms to streamline tasks.
  • Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and documentation.
  • Be presentable and professional in all interactions.

Skills required:

  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Good presence of mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or similar platforms. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
  • Professional demeanor and presentability.
