Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Personal Assistant (PA) to support our Director in daily operations. The PA will provide high-level administrative support, manage schedules, handle communication, and help streamline business activities, ensuring the Director's time is optimized effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Director's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication.
  • Organize meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Draft and prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations.
  • Liaise with internal staff, clients, partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands, as needed.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure the Director's workspace is efficient and functional.
  • Coordinate events, board meetings, and business functions.
  • Track and manage deadlines, follow-ups, and project timelines on behalf of the Director.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with scheduling and project management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
