**Position Overview**

The **Admin & Mentor Operations Associate** will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and efficient management of mentor-related processes. This includes maintaining mentor schedules, tracking availability and class bookings, preparing reports, and managing all communication with mentors. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of coordinating multiple tasks with precision and professionalism.


**Key Responsibilities**
  1. Manage and update all mentor schedules, calendars, and availability slots on a regular basis.

  2. Coordinate class bookings, substitutions, cancellations, and timing adjustments efficiently.

  3. Act as the primary point of contact for all mentor-related communication and operational queries.

  4. Prepare, maintain, and analyze regular reports related to mentor performance, attendance, and engagement.

  5. Track operational metrics, identify bottlenecks, and ensure timely updates to internal teams.

  6. Collaborate with HR, Quality, and Operations teams for onboarding, compliance checks, and mentor performance tracking.

  7. Maintain organized and accurate mentor databases across all systems and tools.

  8. Suggest and implement process improvements to streamline scheduling, reporting, and communication workflows.


**Required Skills & Qualifications**
  1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline.

  2. 1–3 years of experience in operations, scheduling, or administrative coordination (preferably in EdTech or service-based organizations).

  3. Strong command over English (written and verbal) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  4. High proficiency in **MS Excel / Google Sheets** for reporting and tracking.

  5. Hands-on experience with **Google Workspace**, CRMs, or internal communication tools (e.g., Interakt, WhatsApp Business, or similar).

  6. Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

  7. Ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy, composure, and accountability in a dynamic environment.
