1. Need to Attend, screen and for word all call from reception.
2. Bus and canteen management
3. Housekeeping management (manpower and material purchasing both)
4. Travel and hotel booking management.
5. All admin activities
6. Assistance to Directors in arranging meetings and travel etc.
7. Office Assistant.
8. Guest house management
9. Company cab management.
10. Tea coffee machine and pantry items and equipment management
11. Co ordinate with admin and IT supplier
12. Office stationary and IT related all work.
13. Asset management.
14. Event management.
15. Co ordinate with HR department if required.
16. Assistance in safety management.
