Job Summary

The Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction and maintenance of building structures and infrastructure. The role requires strong technical expertise, site management capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Design

  • Prepare detailed engineering drawings, layouts, and structural designs.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, site inspections, and technical assessments.
  • Ensure that all designs comply with industry standards, codes, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, MEP teams, and consultants for project alignment.

2. Site Execution & Supervision

  • Oversee daily site activities and ensure adherence to approved plans.
  • Monitor material quality, workmanship, and safety compliance.
  • Manage contractors, vendors, and labour for smooth execution.
  • Resolve on-site technical issues with effective problem-solving.

3. Project Coordination & Documentation

  • Prepare BOQs, material estimates, costings, and work schedules.
  • Maintain site reports, progress trackers, and quality checklists.
  • Coordinate approvals, permits, and compliance clearances as needed.
  • Assist in tendering, vendor evaluation, and contract management.

4. Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all work meets the required technical standards and safety norms.
  • Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
  • Implement corrective actions to eliminate deviations.

5. Communication & Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with internal teams (Projects, Procurement, Admin, Finance).
  • Provide regular progress updates to management.
  • Maintain transparent communication with all stakeholders for alignment and timely decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of relevant experience (customise as per your requirement).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and MS Office.
  • Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
