Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Lead, Business Growth & Delivery to drive the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will identify new market opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and strategically expand the companys customer base. This role requires strong strategic thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate revenue.
  • Develop and implement growth strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
  • Serve the clients with the requirements as per the agreed SLA
  • Track and report on sales and delivery performance, pipeline development
  • Share weekly and monthly progress on business development and delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Strategy, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum [35] years of experience in business development and service delivery.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in IT/ITES
  • Existing network of industry contacts and potential clients
  • Strategic planning and analytical skills. .
