We are seeking an accomplished Key Account Manager to lead our business growth in the communications sector.
About the Role:
This is a senior sales position that requires building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and C-suite executives in client organizations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts through a consultative sales approach.
The Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within the communications sector. This includes developing and implementing account-based sales strategies for acquiring new customers while expanding business with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
Industry Expertise:
The successful candidate will stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the communications sector, including network infrastructure, cloud computing, unified communications, telecom services, and cybersecurity. They will provide relevant insights to clients, identify how our IT solutions differentiate us in the marketplace, and guide clients in adopting our solutions tailored to their specific needs and objectives.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and account management, with a strong focus on enterprise accounts.
- Deep understanding of IT solutions and their application to the communications sector, including networking, cloud technologies, telecommunications, unified communications, and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated success in acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts through a consultative sales approach.
