We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Manager to drive revenue growth and build impactful client relationships in the BFSI, Fintech & SaaS industry.
This is an individual contributor role where you will take complete ownership of lead generation, sales funnel management, proposals, and closures. Key responsibilities include end-to-end ownership of lead generation, funnel management & closures, preparing and delivering impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients, and maintaining and tracking a robust sales pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have 8-12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS, hands-on expertise in proposals, funnel management & direct sales conversions, strong networking ability & proven track record in individual lead closures, excellent communication, client engagement & negotiation skills, and a self-driven go-getter who thrives in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
Responsibilities- End-to-end ownership of lead generation and sales funnel management
- Preparing and delivering impactful proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients
- Maintaining and tracking a robust sales pipeline
- 8-12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS
