Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Key Account Manager to join our team in an on-site capacity, based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Key Account Manager will handle strategic accounts, nurture client relationships, and identify opportunities to grow partnerships. Daily responsibilities include managing customer accounts, preparing business plans, analyzing client requirements, and ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Account Management and Key Accounts handling
- Strong skills in Analytical Thinking and Business Planning
- Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship-building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and managing key client relationships
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or media industry is an advantage
