Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Location: Indore (Onsite)

Department: E-commerce & Digital Sales

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven E-commerce Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing online sales channels, optimizing product listings, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience across marketplaces and D2C platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage product listings, pricing, content, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Nykaa, Flipkart, brand website, etc.).
  • Monitor product performance, inventory, and visibility to maximize conversions and sales.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, offers, and seasonal promotions.
  • Track KPIs such as traffic, conversion rates, CTR, and sales performance.
  • Work with design/content teams to ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and creatives.
  • Handle day-to-day operations: order management, returns, ratings & reviews, and customer queries.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Conduct competitor research and provide insights for pricing, positioning, and promotions.
  • Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of major e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Shopify, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
