The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and familiar with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing strategies.

**Responsibilities:

- **
- Driving and growth of the sales performance of the e-commerce platform with a target of atleast 60% revenue contribution on total sales and growth of organization.
- Must be familiar with walmart jiomart,Myntra,Global ( FBA, USA, Scheme offering, Store front ,A+ content ,Keywords and many more ) and all major plateforms.
- Managing and executing promotional campaigns.
- Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps.
- Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments.
- Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field (preferred).
- Experience of Amazon & Flipkart Portal.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing techniques, such as SEO and SEM.
- Experience with paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads)

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday.
- Shift Timings 10:00 am to 7:30 pm.
