**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Product Listing & Management**:

- Create, update, and maintain product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, eBay, Shopify, etc.).
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and stock levels.
- Monitor competitor listings and implement strategies to remain competitive.
- **Order Management & Fulfillment**:

- Track and manage customer orders, ensuring timely processing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders, products, and services.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and professional manner.
- **Sales & Marketing Support**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and online sales initiatives.
- Monitor e-commerce performance (traffic, sales, conversion rates) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support the execution of seasonal and special promotional events.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Track stock levels and assist in inventory replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Monitor and report any discrepancies in stock and coordinate with the warehouse team.
- **Performance Analysis**:

- Regularly analyze e-commerce metrics (e.g., sales, site traffic, customer feedback) to identify trends and recommend strategies for growth.
- Provide insights on sales performance and areas for optimization.

Pay: ₹10,940.14 - ₹38,420.66 per month
