Designation: E - Commerce Executive
Location: Indore / Pune
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
Manage and update product listings on our e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency in product information, images, and pricing.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, website traffic, and customer behavior using analytics tools.
Implement strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and maximize revenue.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in e-commerce.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains in e-commerce operations.
Work closely with other departments, including purchasing, customer service, and logistics, to ensure a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to online orders in a timely manner.
Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and competitive threats.
**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, e-commerce, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
