Territory Sales Manager

Role & responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop, UPS/inverter, lead acid battery and DG Set (15 KVA to 50 KVA) sectors by calling through leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, dealers and distributors.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical guidance to potential customers.
- Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Work closely with the technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
Preferred candidate profile
- The candidate must have a B.Tech/Degree/MBA.
- A minimum of years of experience in sales.
- Experience in Automobile two wheeler sales Executive, sales team leader, sales in-charge or related industries is an added advantage.
- Should have expertise in B2B and B2C sales, handling key accounts, and driving revenue growth.
- Must have communication and negotiation skills.
• Should be able to explain technical solutions clearly, negotiate prices, and build long-term customer relationships.
