Role & responsibilities

1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management

  • Develop, plan, and implement digital media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns across digital platforms to strengthen brand recall and visibility.
  • Ensure all communication adheres to legal and regulatory guidelines specific to the liquor industry.

2. Social Media & Content Management

  • Manage official social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and maintain consistent brand voice.
  • Create and curate engaging, compliant content showcasing brand stories, events, and campaigns.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement to drive brand conversations.

3. Digital Advertising & Analytics

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on ROI and brand visibility.
  • Monitor digital analytics, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
  • Optimize ad spends and digital assets based on campaign data and audience behavior.

4. Website & SEO Management

  • Oversee website content, design, and SEO optimization to ensure high visibility and brand consistency.
  • Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to improve digital performance.

5. Coordination & Compliance

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing head, sales, PR, and legal teams to ensure brand alignment and regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with creative and media agencies for content development, ad placements, and digital innovations.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand communications, or online campaign management.
  • Must have hands-on experience with digital advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, liquor, beverage, or consumer product industry mandatory.
  • Exposure to multi-brand marketing and regional campaigns will be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
  • Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Experience with marketing automation and email campaign tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite for digital creatives coordination.
  • Ability to analyze campaign ROI, traffic trends, and digital conversion metrics.
