Role & responsibilities
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Management
- Develop, plan, and implement digital media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Conceptualize and execute campaigns across digital platforms to strengthen brand recall and visibility.
- Ensure all communication adheres to legal and regulatory guidelines specific to the liquor industry.
2. Social Media & Content Management
- Manage official social media handles (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and maintain consistent brand voice.
- Create and curate engaging, compliant content showcasing brand stories, events, and campaigns.
- Manage influencer collaborations and community engagement to drive brand conversations.
3. Digital Advertising & Analytics
- Plan and manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, etc.) with a focus on ROI and brand visibility.
- Monitor digital analytics, track KPIs, and prepare regular performance reports with insights and improvement plans.
- Optimize ad spends and digital assets based on campaign data and audience behavior.
4. Website & SEO Management
- Oversee website content, design, and SEO optimization to ensure high visibility and brand consistency.
- Analyze web traffic and user engagement metrics to improve digital performance.
5. Coordination & Compliance
- Collaborate closely with the marketing head, sales, PR, and legal teams to ensure brand alignment and regulatory compliance.
- Liaise with creative and media agencies for content development, ad placements, and digital innovations.
Preferred candidate profile
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, brand communications, or online campaign management.
- Must have hands-on experience with digital advertising, SEO, SEM, email marketing, influencer collaborations, and content marketing.
- Prior experience in FMCG, liquor, beverage, or consumer product industry mandatory.
- Exposure to multi-brand marketing and regional campaigns will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Experience with marketing automation and email campaign tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.)
- Familiarity with Canva / Adobe Creative Suite for digital creatives coordination.
- Ability to analyze campaign ROI, traffic trends, and digital conversion metrics.
