We think this is a great start to our exciting journey.We think this is a great start to our exciting journey.About the RoleWe're looking for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager who lives and breathes performance, analytics, and data-driven storytelling. You'll own the digital growth engine for EMotorad - scaling our e-commerce presence, optimizing every click, and turning traffic into measurable revenue. Brand will be your creative edge, but growth will be your obsession.Key Responsibilities- Own the Digital Growth Engine - Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across owned channels, marketplaces, GT/MT and omnichannel touchpoints. - Audit and optimize user journeys to reduce CAC, increase LTV, and scale repeat engagement. - Build digital playbooks that drive conversion, retention, and loyalty through experimentation and automation. - Performance Marketing Leadership - Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, OTT, Affiliates, and Influencer integrations. - Run A/B tests, ad creative experiments, and landing page iterations to achieve measurable uplifts in ROAS, CTR, CVR, and revenue velocity. - Manage agency and partner relationships with a data-first mindset focused on efficiency and output - Analytics, Automation & Optimization - Create and maintain real-time dashboards (GA4, Looker Studio, Ads Manager) to monitor acquisition, retention, and ROI. - Use cohort, attribution, and funnel analysis to guide decision-making and scale winning experiments. - Implement and optimize CRM, email/SMS/WhatsApp automations for lifecycle marketing. - Brand-Performance Integration - Lead digital-first brand campaigns that balance storytelling with conversion goals. - Collaborate with creators, influencers, and digital media outlets to scale brand visibility and trust. - Translate brand moments into measurable metrics - awareness, engagement, and conversions.What We're Looking For- 2 - 4 years of experience in digital marketing, performance, or growth roles; at least 2 years in D2C or e-commerce. - AI-Native individuals with a keen-ness to build automations across the funnel are preferred. - Proven record of scaling user acquisition and retention through independent campaign ownership. - Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, GA4, Looker Studio, CRM & automation tools. - Ability to combine analytical thinking with creative execution. - Strong grasp of funnel metrics, attribution, A/B testing, and growth experimentation frameworks. - Self-starter who thrives in autonomy, but collaborates seamlessly across teams.Come, join us, help us transform the world, mobility, and have a blast while doing it Think you are the right fit?
