Our new mobile-first platform will offer users loans, credit cards, credit score tracking, and more - all from the convenience of their smartphone.We're assembling a high-energy team of builders, and we're looking for a Growth Manager who can help us scale rapidly while keeping users engaged and converting.Role OverviewAs the App Growth Manager, you will lead the acquisition, retention, and monetization strategy for our financial services app. You'll own user growth end-to-end: building funnels, running performance and lifecycle campaigns, optimizing app store presence, experimenting with onboarding, and driving usage through data-driven insights.Key ResponsibilitiesUser Acquisition- Own and optimize all paid and organic acquisition channels (Meta, Google, affiliates, OEMs, app stores, etc.) - Design and execute performance marketing campaigns with a sharp focus on CAC and ROI - Build referral, influencer, and partnership-led growth loopsUser Retention & Engagement- Design onboarding and activation flows that convert installs to active users Drive lifecycle marketing (email, push, in-app) to maximize repeat usage Use segmentation and personalization to deepen engagementMonetization- Collaborate with product and business teams to build funnels for loans, cards, and other financial services - Run experiments to increase conversion rates across financial products Optimize the user journey for LTV while keeping customer experience highGrowth Analytics & Experimentation- Set up tracking (via Mixpanel, Firebase, AppsFlyer, etc.) to get a clear view of the funnel - Define and monitor growth KPIs: install-to-activation, DAU/MAU, churn, revenue peruser- Own and run A/B tests across creative, flows, pricing, etc.Who You Are- 4-8 years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or product-led growth roles in a B2C app environment - Past experience with fintech / lending / financial products is a big plus - Strong analytical chops - you're comfortable with SQL, dashboards, and conversion data - Hustler with a builder mindset – you move fast, test quickly, and thrive in ambiguity Collaborative - you work well with product, design, engineering, and external partnersWhy Join Us- Be part of a high-ownership, founding team - Work at the intersection of media influence and fintech scale
