Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic Growth Manager to drive audience engagement, platform reach, and revenue growth across OTT, micro drama, and vertical series content. The ideal candidate will lead data-driven growth strategies and work closely with marketing and content teams to maximize performance and user acquisition.This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Growth Manager.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute growth strategies aimed at expanding audience reach, user acquisition, engagement, and retention. - Analyze performance metrics, audience behavior, and content trends to identify opportunities for growth across OTT and digital content platforms. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to optimize campaigns, promotional activities, and distribution strategies. - Plan and manage experiments, A/B tests, and data-led initiatives to drive measurable improvements. - Monitor KPIs, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to senior management. - Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies for AVOD, SVOD, and other digital monetization models. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and best practices in digital growth.Requirements:- 3–5 years of experience in growth, marketing, or digital strategy within OTT, digital media, or related sectors. - Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, metrics, and user insights. - Expertise in growth funnels, user acquisition, retention, and digital performance optimization. - Experience working with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Mix panel, etc.). - Excellent strategic planning, execution, and project management skills. - Strong collaboration and communication abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Key Skills & Competencies (Preferred):- User Acquisition strategies across OTT and digital platforms - Engagement & Retention planning and optimization - Growth & Revenue enhancement through data-driven initiatives - App Growth strategies including funnel optimization and in-app engagement - CRM & Lifecycle Management for user segmentation and targeted communication - SVOD & AVOD Growth experience, including subscription and ad-based monetization models - Strong understanding of OTT, digital media, and content-driven ecosystems
