
President and Chief Executive Officer

You will be responsible for managing all aspects of hospitality management company new hotel tie ups, new resort tie ups, hotel operations, including guest relations, staff supervision, budgeting, and ensuring all hotel services meet and exceed the quality standards. You are expected to deliver an outstanding guest experience and manage the hotel team to maintain a high service standard.
Responsibilities
- To maintain and increase annual company growth
- Introduce new property on revenue sharing model in the company
- Maintain healthy relation with hotel/resort owners
- Prepare and execute business plan, marketing plan and its execution strategy
- Hire and Maintain best industry talent in the company
- Oversee daily hotel operations and ensure compliance with company policies
- Manage and mentor hotel staff across various departments
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards of cleanliness and maintenance
- Resolve guest complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control operational budgets and expenditures
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and guest service
- Implement and monitor hotel SOPs to ensure efficient processes
- Prepare and present management reports and analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Maintain strategic alliances
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Amadeus)
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience
