Joyamore Dairy Pvt. Ltd. is a newly established venture under Wonderpay Technologies, focused on delivering high-quality and sustainable dairy products to the Indian market. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dedicated HR Executive who can handle end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth people processes and supporting our organizational growth.

Role Overview

The HR Executive will play a critical role in managing core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, induction, employee engagement, payroll, administration, and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated HR professional to grow with a new-age brand in the dairy sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

  • Onboarding & Induction: Organize induction programs, documentation, and joining formalities.

  • Payroll & Attendance: Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and assist in payroll processing.

  • Employee Engagement: Plan and execute engagement activities, feedback mechanisms, and grievance handling.

  • Compliance & Documentation: Ensure statutory compliance, maintain HR records, and employee files.

  • HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, performance appraisal support, and exit formalities.

  • Administration Support: Assist in office administration, vendor coordination, and general office management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in HR Generalist/Executive role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, and HR compliance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
