The HR Executive is responsible for managing and supporting the human resources functions in the organization. This includes recruitment, employee onboarding, performance management, payroll processing, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. The role ensures that the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent while promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job postings, interviews, offer letters).
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and orientation.
  • Handle employee relations, address queries, and resolve conflicts.
  • Support performance management systems and track employee performance.
  • Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Organize and support training and development programs.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze HR metrics.
  • Foster positive employee engagement and workplace culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role in human resources.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
