Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance — specifically within the IT industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

  2. Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.

  3. Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave details in HRMS.

  4. Assist in payroll processing and ensure accuracy in employee data.

  5. Prepare and manage HR-related documentation such as offer, appointment, confirmation, and experience letters.

  6. Plan and organize employee engagement activities, team events, and festive celebrations.

  7. Handle employee queries, grievances, and ensure a positive workplace environment.

  8. Conduct exit interviews and support retention strategies.

  9. Assist in performance appraisal coordination and maintain performance records.

  10. Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements.

  11. Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

● 2 years of experience as an HR Executive, preferably in an IT organization.

● Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, and statutory compliance.

● Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

● Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software. Preferred Attributes:
