*Job Description – Backend HR Operations Executive*

Role Type: Full-Time | Backend Operations

* Key Responsibilities*

*1. Payroll & Attendance Management*

* Process monthly payroll based on attendance sheets, leave records, LWP, overtime, etc.

* Validate attendance data received from clients and ensure 100% accuracy.

* Generate salary sheets, payslips, and payroll summaries for review.

* Maintain confidentiality of payroll information at all times.

*2. HR Documentation & Letters*

* Prepare Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmation Letters, Increment Letters, Experience Letters, etc.

* Maintain templates and ensure accuracy as per client-specific formats.

* Prepare HR MIS reports, trackers, and audit-ready documentation.

*3. Employee File & Data Management*

* Maintain digital employee files & folders (Google Drive/SharePoint).

* Keep all records updated: KYC, statutory forms, onboarding sheets, ID cards, etc.

* Ensure clean, audit-compliant documentation.

  1. Onboarding Coordination

* Create onboarding kits and documentation for new joiners.

* Issue welcome emails, collect documents, create employee IDs, maintain joining checklists.

* Coordinate internally for smooth onboarding (non-client-facing).

  1. Client Coordination (Internal POC)

* Act as internal point of contact for client accounts allocated to you.

* Ensure timely delivery of all backend work (payroll, documents, MIS).

* Maintain daily communication with internal team and report work status.

* Share deliverables with clients through SolutionBox's official communication channels.

*6. Routine HR Operations*

* Maintain HR trackers (attendance, leave, payroll, hiring, OS, etc.).

* Support backend activities for recruitment documentation if required.

* Assist in preparation of HR policies, SOPs, and HR forms.

* Ensure adherence to timelines and quality checks for all deliverables

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹25,570.18 per month
