**Job Title**: Backend Operator - _Robin the Robot_

**Location**: Work from Office - E-258 A, opposite container depot, Hans Vihar, RIICO Industrial Area, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate and control Robin the Robot during live sessions using backend tools
- Engage in friendly, meaningful conversations with patients through the robot
- Use stories, trivia, games, and emotional gestures to create a fun environment
- Act as the human connection behind smart, AI-driven care
- Ensure a professional, confidential, and stable working environment

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **At least 6 months of BPO experience**:

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools
- Empathetic, patient, and expressive personality
- Comfortable working from office (Jaipur location)

**Shift & Working Days**:

- **Rotational Shifts** (5.5 Days Working) with Rotational weekly offs).
- **EST or PST Shift Timings** (Based on Process Requirement)

**Salary**: upto 29k CTC **Interview Rounds**:

- Talent Acquisition Round
- Operations Interview
- Client Interview

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
