Position: Sr. HR Executive

Location: DCM, Nirman Nagar, Jaipur

Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month

Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Handle recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace culture and satisfaction.
  • Oversee HR operations, including documentation and policy implementation.
  • Maintain and update HR MIS reports for accurate data tracking and decision-making.
  • Coordinate and execute training & development programs to upskill employees.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new hires.
  • Support performance management and employee grievance handling as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, and HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and HR software/tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹400,000.00 per year
