Goforsys Technologies is seeking a qualified and dynamic HR Executive to join our team in Bikaner. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in human resource management, excellent communication skills, and a passion for fostering a positive and performance-driven workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates.
  • Oversee employee engagement initiatives, attendance, and HR documentation.
  • Support payroll administration and leave management processes.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable labor laws.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Contribute to HR process improvements and strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee relations.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and statutory compliance.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management.
