Role Overview: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
- As the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Branch Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the technological direction of the company while providing leadership to the Jaipur branch. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic technology management, team leadership, and ensuring the effective operation of IT infrastructure and systems.
- Key Responsibilities:

- 1. Strategic Technology Leadership: Define and drive the technological roadmap aligned with business objectives, fostering innovation and sustainable growth both at the organizational level and within the Jaipur branch.
- 2. EDI System Oversight: Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of the EDI system to optimize data exchange efficiency and accuracy, ensuring seamless integration with business processes.
- 4. Team Empowerment: Inspire and lead a dynamic team of IT professionals, cultivating a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence to achieve organizational goals while providing leadership and support to the Jaipur branch team.
- 5. Cybersecurity Assurance: Establish and enforce robust security measures to protect the integrity of company data and systems, proactively mitigating cyber threats and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards across all locations.
- 6. Collaborative Vendor Partnerships: Foster strategic relationships with external vendors and partners to optimize IT service delivery, drive innovation, and leverage industry best practices, with a focus on meeting the needs of both corporate and branch operations.
- 7. Financial Stewardship: Oversee the IT budget, exercising prudent financial management to maximize resource allocation, achieve cost efficiencies, and deliver impactful solutions while accounting for the specific needs and constraints of the Jaipur branch.
- Qualifications:

- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated track record in IT management roles, with a focus on EDI systems, strategic technology leadership, and branch management experience preferred.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and emerging technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional leadership and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for inspiring and motivating diverse teams towards common goals, including the ability to effectively lead remote or geographically dispersed teams.
- Analytical Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities, adept at navigating complex challenges and driving innovative solutions while considering the unique needs and opportunities of the Jaipur branch.
- Project Management Expertise: Experience in project management methodologies, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget constraints, including experience managing projects across multiple locations.
- Regulatory Compliance Awareness: Familiarity with relevant industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in data security and privacy, ensuring adherence at Organisation level.
