**Profile -: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)**

Qualification - B.Tech / M.Tech -Electrical, Mechanical or related fields.

**Experience - Min 5+ years of relevant experience in high voltage BESS or EV battery systems. (Deep knowledge of battery pack design, BMS, thermal management, and energy management systems. Familiarity with UL9540A, UL1973, UL9540, IEC, and BIS standards.**

Salary - Upto 25 LPA

**Role Overview**:
As CTO, you will lead the company’s technology and product strategy, oversee product development, manufacturing setup and technical team building. You will be responsible for managing R&D, and drive production of the containerized solutions. You’ll work closely with the CEO, operations, and engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge, reliable, and cost-efficient BESS products tailored for the Indian and global markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partnerships: Work with global suppliers (e.g., Chinese/Japanese/Korean cell and inverter manufacturers) to align on product standards and integration.
- Team Building: Recruit and manage high-performing engineering, R&D, and product teams.
- Compliance & Certifications: Ensure products meet UL, BIS, and other required national/international certifications.
- Technology Leadership: Define and lead the company’s technical roadmap for battery pack design, BMS, container integration, and energy management systems.
- Product Development: Oversee end-to-end product design and engineering - from cell selection to complete BESS container systems (including thermal, mechanical, electrical, and software integration).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Align closely with operations, supply chain, and project delivery teams.
- Innovation: Lead efforts in IP development, cost optimization, and future-ready product platforms.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with containerized energy storage systems, preferably 1-5+ MWh scale.
- Strong understanding of inverter integration, EMS/SCADA systems, and grid compliance.
- Experience working with Chinese or global OEMs in a technical or collaborative role is a big plus.
