Job Posting: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Rajasthan, Industry**:Manufacturing**, **CTC: Upto 60 LPA**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Corporate Restructuring: Lead mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
- Conduct financial due diligence, valuations, and risk assessments
- Develop and execute financial strategies for growth and efficiency.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
- Set up loans, lines of credit, and manage risk and compliance.
- Worked in an export-oriented company.
- Experience in companies with a turnover between ₹400-900 Cr.
- Full responsibility for accounting and finance, including setting up loans/lines of credit and managing compliance.
- Exposure to small acquisitions or investor relations.

**Qualifications**:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- 12-15 years of experience in financial management and restructuring in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience as a senior finance leader in a company with a turnover between ₹400-900 Cr.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
- Experience in export-oriented businesses and handling full accounting and finance responsibilities.
- Knowledge of risk management, acquisitions, and bringing in new investors.
- Current CTC should be minimum 42 Lac

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year
