A Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in the IT sector is responsible for the technological needs of a company. Their duties include:

- **Developing IT strategy**: Create a strategy that aligns with the company's business goals.
- **Overseeing technical aspects**: Manage systems architecture, software development, network infrastructure, and data security.
- **Managing budgets**: Develop and maintain the IT budget and ensure it meets the company's needs.
- **Communicating with stakeholders**: Communicate technical strategies, challenges, and achievements to board members and other stakeholders.
- **Staying current**: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- **Leading teams**: Lead technical teams and provide guidance to managers.
- **Evaluating technology**: Evaluate current technology systems and implement new systems when necessary.
- **Promoting technology**: Promote the company's technology solutions to customers, partners, and the industry.
- **Creating KPIs**: Create and oversee high-level KPIs for the IT department.
- **Recruiting**: Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training IT managers.
- **Training employees**: Train and mentor employees and managers on technological implementations and expectations.

CTOs should have strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking abilities. They should also be able to convey technical topics in easy-to-understand business terms.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
