Job Title: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 8–15 years | Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented CFO to manage the complete financial operations of our jewelry manufacturing business. The ideal candidate will be directly involved in budgeting, costing, cash flow, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support production and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day finance, accounts, and costing operations.
  • Prepare budgets, cash flow, and MIS reports for management review.
  • Oversee product costing and monitor production efficiency and margins.
  • Manage banking, funding, and vendor payments to ensure smooth cash flow.
  • Ensure all statutory compliances (GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC, etc.) are met.
  • Implement internal controls and streamline financial processes.
  • Supervise the accounts team and coordinate closely with production, purchase, and sales departments.
  • Provide insights for decision-making and profitability improvement.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 8–15 years of finance & accounts experience, preferably in a manufacturing or jewelry setup.
  • Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP / SAP / Zoho Books.
  • Ability to work closely with management and take ownership of results.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹30, ₹40,000.00 per month
