Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Bank Officer and Senior Bank Officer positions located in Jaipur. The role encompasses a variety of responsibilities, including handling financial operations, providing excellent customer service, and building strong business relationships. Officers will manage loan processes, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and contribute to achieving organizational goals through customer-centric and efficient banking practices.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Finance and Loans to effectively manage financial products and processes
  • Proven ability in Customer Service and Communication to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Expertise in Business Relationship Management to develop and sustain relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented and results-driven mindset with problem-solving abilities
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in relevant banking software and tools is a plus
