**Job Title**: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

**Location**: Durgapura, Jaipur Office (Onsite)

**Salary**: ₹1,00,000 to ₹1,50,000 (Dependent on Interview and Skills)

**Experience**: Minimum 15 years of experience in a CEO role

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Strategic Leadership**:

- Develop and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term goals.
- Ensure alignment of all departments with the overall mission and objectives of the organization.
- **Government Tender and Procurement**:

- Oversee the preparation and submission of government tenders, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Manage procurement processes, including the development of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for projects.
- **Legal Compliance**:

- Ensure adherence to government labor laws and other applicable regulations.
- Stay updated on legal requirements affecting the automobile industry and implement necessary changes.
- **Financial Management**:

- Direct the company’s financial strategy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Analyze financial performance and make informed decisions to drive profitability.
- **Operational Excellence**:

- Optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
- Maintain high standards of quality in production and service delivery.
- **Innovation and Technology**:

- Lead the adoption of new technologies and innovative practices within the automobile sector.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to maintain a competitive edge.
- **Marketing and Sales Strategy**:

- Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to enhance market presence and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- **Negotiation and Partnership**:

- Lead negotiations with suppliers, partners, and government entities to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
- Foster strategic partnerships that support business growth and development.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Effectively manage crises and unexpected challenges to minimize impact on operations.
- Develop and implement crisis management strategies to ensure business continuity.
- **Sustainability Initiatives**:

- Promote sustainability practices within the organization and the broader automobile industry.
- Implement corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives that align with the company’s values.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 15 years of experience in leadership roles, with at least 5 years as a CEO or similar executive position in the automobile industry.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in government tender processes, procurement, and legal compliance.
- Strong strategic vision, leadership, and management capabilities.
- Proficient in financial management and operational excellence.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and sales expertise.
- Excellent negotiation, crisis management, and communication skills.
