Job Title: Sales Manager - Commercial Leasing
Location: Pune
About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager with prior experience in commercial real estate, IPCs (International Property Consultants), or co-working space providers. The candidate will be responsible for driving leasing transactions, managing client relationships, and expanding our occupier and investor network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and leasing of commercial office spaces across assigned markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, landlords, developers, and brokers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Negotiate lease terms and ensure timely closure of transactions in line with business targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams for marketing strategies, proposals, and client presentations.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and provide insights for business growth.
Requirements:
- Graduate/MBA with minimum 5 years experience in commercial leasing, preferably with IPCs or co-working operators.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales/leasing targets.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and client servicing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of local commercial real estate markets.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
