Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager HR and Training, located in Noida. The Manager HR and Training will be responsible for overseeing employee relations, developing training programs, managing recruitment processes, conducting performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role involves coordinating with various departments to understand their hiring and training needs, developing strategic HR initiatives, and maintaining employee records. Additionally, the individual will handle employee grievances and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Recruitment Processes, Employee Relations, and Performance Appraisals
- Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive Training Programs
- Knowledge of labor laws, compliance regulations, and HR best practices
- Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
- Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
