HR Manager
to lead and strengthen our people operations.
Role Overview
As an HR Manager, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end HR functions, ensuring compliance with Australian employment laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. Candidates with prior
Australian HR experience
or
foreign HR experience (particularly India)
are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with Australian workplace regulations.
- Lead talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage performance reviews, training & development, and succession planning.
- Provide HR support to management and employees across all departments.
- Drive initiatives that promote diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years of HR management experience, with exposure to Australian or international HR practices.
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt HR strategies to suit multicultural and dynamic work environments.
- Previous experience working in India and/or Australia is a strong advantage.
