Role Overview

The CEO of Anzen Projects will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, driving business growth, and ensuring operational excellence across all construction and infrastructure projects. This role demands a visionary leader with strong business acumen, deep knowledge of the construction sector, and proven ability to lead large-scale projects while maintaining profitability, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Leadership

  2. Define and execute the long-term vision, mission, and strategic goals of Anzen Projects.

    Drive business expansion into new markets, sectors, and geographies.

    Identify and evaluate opportunities for diversification, JV partnerships, and PPP projects.

  3. Business & Financial Management

  4. Oversee financial performance, investments, and capital allocation.

    Ensure achievement of revenue growth, profitability, and ROI targets.

    Manage risk exposure including financial, operational, and contractual risks.

    Present business performance reports to the Board of Directors.

  5. Project Execution & Operational Excellence

  6. Ensure construction projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

    Oversee project planning, engineering, procurement, and execution.

    Drive adoption of digital tools (ERP, BIM, AI, IoT, drones) to enhance efficiency.

    Monitor KPIs such as cost variance, schedule adherence, and safety performance.

  7. Client & Stakeholder Management

  8. Build strong relationships with clients, investors, government bodies, and regulatory authorities.

    Ensure client satisfaction and secure repeat business.

    Represent the company in industry associations, forums, and government interactions.

  9. People Leadership

  10. Build and mentor a strong leadership team across functions (Projects, Finance, HR, BD, Operations).

    Foster a high-performance, ethical, and safety-driven work culture.

    Drive employee engagement, capability building, and succession planning.

  11. Governance, Safety & Compliance

  12. Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual obligations.

Uphold strong corporate governance practices and transparent reporting.

Enforce zero-compromise safety culture across all projects.

Champion ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) and sustainability initiatives.
