 We're Hiring: Chief Operating Officer (COO) – VOH Mediatech

VOH Mediatech is building 
India's largest healthcare communication platform
 – connecting stakeholders through powerful 
media, content, and engagement formats
. From 
digital campaigns and thought-leadership content
 to 
national conferences and global roundtables
, we enable the healthcare ecosystem to collaborate, learn, and grow. By 2026, we plan to expand operations internationally, building a strong global footprint.

We are looking for a dynamic 
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
 who can:

 Build 
processes and SOPs
 from the ground up.

 Seamlessly 
execute multiple events (physical, online, hybrid)
 across geographies.

 Drive operational excellence with 
data-driven and tech-enabled solutions
.

 Key Responsibilities


• Design and implement 
processes, SOPs, and scalable systems
 for smooth operations.


• Lead 
end-to-end execution
 of multiple events across India and beyond.


• Oversee 
project management, vendor management, budgets, and logistics
.


• Integrate 
data and analytics
 into decision-making and performance tracking.


• Implement 
tech-enabled workflows, automation, and CRM tools
 for efficiency.


• Collaborate with the Founders & Leadership team to drive 
strategic growth
.


• Support VOH Mediatech's 
global expansion roadmap for 2026
.

 Skills & Qualifications


• 3–5 years of experience in 
operations leadership
 (preferably in media, events, healthcare, or marketing industries).


• Strong 
analytical and data interpretation skills
.


• 
Tech-driven mindset
 – experience with CRM, ERP, project management, and event-tech platforms.


• Exceptional 
team leadership and stakeholder management
 abilities.


• Strong financial acumen and 
budget management experience
.


• Exposure to 
international operations or scaling businesses
 is an advantage.
