Role Overview:

We are looking for a
Chief Academic Officer

— a visionary leader who will be the academic face of Crack-ED. This person will oversee the design, quality and delivery of all our training programs and be the guiding force behind our trainers, learners, and academic outcomes.

Someone who can be looked upon as a
mentor

and
leader

by both trainers and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the academic vision and strategy for all Crack-ED training programs.

  • Ensure consistency and quality in training delivery and learning outcomes.

  • Guide and mentor trainers, helping them improve facilitation and classroom impact.

  • Monitor batch performance, feedback, and assessments to enhance training effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with industry partners to align curriculum with corporate expectations.

  • Drive innovation in learning methods — including blended and experiential learning.

  • Work closely with the L&D and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 8+ years of experience in education or academic leadership, prefrably a professor who is passionate about teaching.

  • Strong understanding of employability skills, behavioral training and curriculum design.

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills — someone learners and trainers look up to.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.

  • Passion for mentoring, learning and transforming education.
