Role Overview
We are seeking a high-calibre and dynamic
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
to lead CG Foods for
India
, while also steering business performance in
Bangladesh, Kazakhstan
, and
international exports
. The CEO will be responsible for full P&L management, market expansion, brand strategy, manufacturing excellence, profitability, and organizational development.

This is a role for a leader who thrives in complexity, takes decisive ownership, builds business on the ground, and drives exponential growth in highly competitive FMCG markets.

Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership & P&L

• Own P&L for India, Bangladesh, Kazakhstan & export markets, ensuring revenue growth, market share gain, and bottom-line targets are met.
• Develop and execute strategic 3–5 year business plans with a focus on sustainable expansion and profitable growth.

Market Expansion & Growth

• Identify and scale new geographies, channels, and product opportunities in India and international markets.
• Build strong GT, MT, HoReCa, institutional, and international distribution networks.

Brand & Portfolio Strategy

• Strengthen brand visibility, market positioning, and consumer affinity for WAI WAI and other CG Foods products.
• Drive new product development aligned with evolving consumer trends and competitive landscapes.

Manufacturing & Supply Chain Excellence

• Ensure operational efficiency across factories, co-packers, supply chain, procurement, and quality functions.
• Lead capacity expansion, cost optimization, automation, and production planning initiatives.

Team Development & Leadership

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing commercial, marketing, manufacturing, SCM, and cross-functional teams.
• Establish a culture of ownership, speed of execution, performance accountability, and high business ethics.

Regulatory & Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Group Executive Chairman, Board, CXOs, and external partners to ensure strong governance and business alignment.
• Manage regulatory, legal, licensing, and compliance frameworks across countries.

Global Exports Leadership

• Scale CG Foods presence in high-potential African, CIS, EU, and Middle Eastern markets.
• Build new distributors, channel partners, and international retail/food service relationships.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 18–25+ years of experience in FMCG / Food & Beverage / Packaged Foods with minimum 10 years in P&L leadership roles.
• Proven track record in scaling brands and businesses in multi-country or multi-region markets.
• Strong experience in India FMCG market dynamics – distribution, marketing, competition, pricing, and consumer behavior.
• Exposure to manufacturing-led FMCG operations, supply chain performance, and cost management.
• Entrepreneurial mindset – someone who builds and executes, not just strategizes.
• Agility and resilience to work in a fast-changing environment with direct business accountability.
• High executive presence, communication skills, and board-level stakeholder management capabilities.
