Role Description

The Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The role entails managing the CEO's daily schedule, coordinating meetings, preparing essential documents, and handling confidential correspondence. The Executive Assistant will oversee expense reporting, assist in administrative tasks, and manage the smooth execution of operational and logistical tasks to support the CEO's initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support
  • Experience in managing Expense Reports and Diary Management
  • Strong Administrative Assistance skills, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Professionalism, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
