Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) located in Gurugram. The COO will oversee the daily operations of the organization, develop and execute business strategies, and manage financial planning including budgeting and resource allocation. The COO will be responsible for streamlining operational processes, ensuring organizational efficiency, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration. Regular tasks include analyzing operational performance, identifying areas for improvement, supporting business growth initiatives, and maintaining compliance with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Planning and Operations Management to set and implement strategic goals for company growth and efficiency.
  • Proven Analytical Skills for evaluating operational performance, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights.
  • Experience in Finance and Budgeting for oversight of financial processes, resource allocation, and cost management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities to guide teams and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field, and prior experience in an executive or senior management role preferred.
  • Should have PAN India Experience.
  • Expenience in Real estate or Facility Management.
