Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Academic Advisor to join us at our Gurugram location. The Academic Advisor will guide and support students in choosing suitable courses, provide career and academic counseling, and help them achieve their educational and professional objectives. Key responsibilities include mentoring students, addressing inquiries, and assisting them throughout their educational journey to ensure a seamless and rewarding experience.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to effectively guide and advise students.
  • Exceptional Communication skills for clear, empathetic, and professional interactions.
  • Experience in Academic Advising to address students' academic concerns and align their goals with academic opportunities.
  • Knowledge and understanding of educational processes and programs to support students in making informed decisions.
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in education, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment and handle student queries with patience and efficiency.
